What do I need to bring to my appointment?

Please bring your ID and insurance information to your appointment. In addition, please bring your current glasses, contacts, and written prescription (if available).

Do I need to have one of the vision or medical insurance plans listed on your site to be seen?

Absolutely not! We will work with you to determine if you are a cash pay patient, covered or out of network and assist in submitting the proper paperwork.

Should I bring my current or old contacts and glasses even if they are not working?

Yes! Even if your current glasses or contacts are not working the best, it is always helpful to know what your previous prescription may have been. This allows the doctor to more easily troubleshoot what is not working for you.

Can I order my glasses and contacts the same day?

Yes! You will be able to pick out frames and order lenses the same day as your appointment. Depending on your prescription, your lenses may even be able to be edged in house and available within 1-2 business days.
